Gordon Stuart is an associate attorney at Bohm Wildish & Matsen, LLP, with extensive experience litigating on a wide range of matters, including representing on behalf of public entities and private corporations. Mr. Stuart has litigated extensively in complex court in both Los Angeles County and Orange County, and his current practice areas include trust litigation, construction defect, general business litigation, and corporate advisement. He has drafted multiple successful appeals before the Second Circuit, with an emphasis on SLAPP actions.
Mr. Stuart received his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. Mr. Stuart later attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Mr. Stuart completed an externship with Bet Tzedek in Los Angeles, where he worked to secure reparations from the German government for Holocaust survivors.
